Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Yes. All Nuerolet products are tested for heavy metals and manufactured in FSSAI-certified facilities following strict safety and quality protocols. We ensure every batch is safe for daily consumption.
8. Do your products contain artificial sweeteners or harmful additives?
No. Nuerolet supplements are free from artificial sweeteners, synthetic colors, and unnecessary fillers. We believe in clean, effective, and honest nutrition.
9. Are Nuerolet supplements safe to take with other medications?

11. I felt slightly nauseous after taking the supplement. Is that normal?
Yes, it can happen — and it's completely normal for some people, especially when starting a new supplement.
Nuerolet formulas are high in active nutrients like Magnesium, Zinc, and B Vitamins, which may cause a brief sensation of nausea if:
-Taken on an empty stomach
-Taken with insufficient water
-Or taken all at once with other supplements
What to do:
Take your tablets after a full meal, with a full glass of water, and split doses if using bundles. This usually prevents any discomfort.
The sensation typically lasts less than 1–2 minutes and goes away as your body adjusts. If it persists, reduce your dose temporarily or consult your physician.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
12. What is your return policy?
As our products are consumable health supplements, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it. Please contact us at support@nuerolet.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the issue.
13. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but only before it has been fulfilled (i.e., before it is packed and shipped).
Once the order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, email us at support@nuerolet.com as soon as possible.
