1. Service Coverage
We ship PAN India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted delivery partners. If your location is not serviceable, our team will notify you immediately after order placement.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking ID and link. You can also track your order via our Track Order page.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur. If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact our support team, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, kindly:
